How To Make Chai?
BOILING METHOD
Step 1
Boil fresh water and let it cool slightly (around 85–90°C).
Step 2
Add 1 teaspoon (2 grams) of Darjeeling Tea per cup to a teapot or infuser.
Step 3
Pour hot water over the leaves.
Step 4
Steep for 3–4 minutes.
Step 5
Strain and serve.
