The founder, Mr. Vinod Kumar Roy comes from a small village Mahua in Vaishali district of the state of Bihar, India. Mr. Roy’s father Mr. Dwarik Roy worked as a labor in the city of Kolkata, India and Sundari Devi his mother was a homemaker. Mr. Roy is a single child of his parents. Since an early age Mr. Roy had a vision of growth and progression, not letting his family’s poverty or roots hold him down or distract him from his vision of a better future for his family and him. Mr. Roy was still in his school when he started to help out his father in his work, as every bit of help was required to keep the then poor family of three.
