How To Make Chai?
BOILING METHOD
Step 1
Boil 1 cup (150–200 ml) of water.
Step 2
Add 1 teaspoon (2–3 grams) of Adrak Elaichi Tea.
Step 3
Simmer for 2–3 minutes to release the ginger-cardamom flavors.
Step 4
Add ½ cup of milk (or as desired) and sugar to taste.
Step 5
Strain and serve hot.
